Shipping Procedures

At Shoecare ME customer satisfaction is our top priority, and this is why we take the utmost care to deliver your products straight to you as safely and fast as possible. Our shipping methods ease your everyday life, keeping your focus on your priorities and not on our logistics.

Shipping Rates

We have a flat shipping fee of AED 25 on all orders. However, if your order exceeds AED 500, shipping is on us!

Availability

Stock and availability shown on this site is for your reference only. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely stock and availability information, availability information may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is processed. 
In rare cases, an item may go out of stock, or the number of units you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you about how best to proceed.

Handling and Delivery

All our goods are inspected at our warehouse before they are packed and handed over to a courier for final delivery. If any physical damage is found in the packaging upon delivery, please notify the deliverer immediately and you may return the package immediately. Delivery will be made in approx. 15-20 days for Footwear and Shoecare products.

Customs

Shoecare ME  has the right to cancel any order, prior to charging the customer, if any of the items in an order are prohibited as per U.A.E. regulations.
